Higher Clerical Officer

**The Role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Higher Clerical Officer to join our team. You will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service. Where appropriate, supervise clerical staff and provide support to line manager.

**What we'll need you to bring**:

- Extensive experience in an Administrative and Clerical role
- Educated to Higher Grade level
- Ability to supervise staff
- Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Understanding of a range of procedures and processes
- Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure
- Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.

**Contract type**:
Fixed Term or Secondment: Until 31st March 2025

37.5 hours

**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based at Almada St within the South HSCP - Admin Team.

The working pattern for this role is: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
