**About The Role**

We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team.

Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our Subway team. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need.

Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

As part of the Subway team, you will take part in a full training programme with the University of Subway to make sure you have all the skills you need in the role. Even better, you will go through the training together, making sure you have lots of support around you for.

**About You**:
You don’t need any experience to work as part of our Subway team. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you.

Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

We’re looking for individuals who are willing to get stuck in and put a smile on the faces of our guests by delivering a fantastic experience every time.

Experience isn’t necessary for these roles, as we will give you all the training needed. However, if you do have experience working in a similar fast-paced environment, we would also love to hear from you.
