The UX team are the DNA that exists to connect our customers, business and brand. We play a pivotal role in helping and supporting our customers on our Zero Carbon journey by crafting experiences that power the movement today and lead the path to the future.

**This role in a nutshell**:
We're looking for a Content Producer to help make sure we publish clear, adaptable content in the right place at the right time.

**Your key outcomes will be**:

- Collaborate with the content team and our creative studio to produce clear, compelling content
- Follow agreed workflows to make sure any content published is accurate, error-free and complies with our regulatory guidelines
- Structure and manage content within our CMS ensuring it is logically organised and set-up to support accessibility and SEO
- Govern and maintain content to make it's up-to-date and accurate and that any content issues are resolved quickly
- Work closely with design and development teams to ensure new components crafted in our CMS support our site redesign
- Defining content models to support simpler page and component development for design teams
- Helping explore and recommend tooling or software to automate some of our content process and production
- Audit existing content, identifying improvement opportunities
- Analyse data to identify potential performance issues
- Help migrate content to our new CMS

**Who you are**:

- You love the technical side of content creation and have great attention to detail
- You have a wealth of experience in different CMSs and understand the complexities of content management
- You're highly organised and collaborative and continually look for ways to optimise workflows and process
- You have outstanding stakeholder management skills and you're able to prioritise work optimally
- You're a great writer and communicator

**Systems**: Netlify, Contentful, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc), Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma

We'll pay you between £55,000 and £65,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us
