Are you Mechanical Design Engineer with a Industrial / Project background, looking play an integral part in a market leading manufacturer where you will work alongside the MD in overseeing design duties, project work with the opportunity for long term progressionto directorship?

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a design and management position within a highly successful manufacturer. The company are undergoing significant periods of growth, and the Managing Director is looking for someone to assist him in the general managementduties of the factory. You will be first in line to progress to a managing director of this company.

This company are part of a group of companies that have been established for over 25 years designing and manufacturing bespoke products. After significant backing, they are growing within the engineering / construction / automotive / property & grounds maintenance/ rail networks / power networks / oil & gas / power stations / steel sectors, they are growning from strength to strength and are looking for the next managing director to lead the company.

This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer looking to take a step up into a management position, playing an instrumental role in the success of a company undergoing significant growth due to increased workloads.
