Awards Coordinator

As a key member of Sky’s awards team, you will help to drive our awards strategy and activity in the UK across film, television and kids content.

What you'll do:

- Provide key administrative support to a busy awards team, being the main point of contact for the team, fielding all queries and having ownership of the team diary
- Managing submissions and asset delivery across a number of UK and international awards ceremonies, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate this
- Handling all team invoicing and finance queries, managing expenditure records
- Managing all team files and assets
- Project support across a number of ongoing campaigns
- Event support including guestlists, booking travel and sending out key information for awards ceremonies and screenings
- Developing and managing the Sky FYC site
- All other administrative support, including ad hoc support to the Director of Awards as required

What you'll bring:

- Experience of working in a support or administrative role in a busy team, preferably in the film and television industry
- A knowledge of the awards landscape in the UK
- Experience in awards submissions and a solid understanding of the systems used
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, including high-profile individuals
- Demonstrable experience of working with a number of systems, including MS office, file delivery and project management software
- Diary management experience
- Event management experience, particularly in guestlist management
- Experience of working directly with an awards team or industry body is preferable
