Cambridge Innovation Parks are seeking to expand their team to help deliver on a whole new range of service offerings. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to help shape new ways of working and put their own stamp on this new role. The position will play a pivotal role in delivering a joined-up service across the various different departments within the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake reception duties as required and be the first point of contact for all staff, tenants, and visitors, undertaking meet & greet duties as well as completing arranged site tours for potential clients.
- Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize CRM system to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to address enquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Undertakes site audits daily. This includes but is not limited to regular checks of all communal areas of the site including the bathrooms and kitchen areas.
- Assist with events and functions held on site.
- Help provide support in delivering a new range of revenue streams such as F&B facilities and Meeting room booking management.
- Supporting the Head of Client Services.

**Knowledge**
- A basic understanding of all aspects of client facing services and facilities management.
- A basic understanding of the legislation, guidance, and best practice around quality, health, safety and environmental requirements and considerations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Qualifications**
- A’ level or equivalent level of experience in Client Services / Business Administration

- Organisational skills - the ability to plan, organise, prioritise workload, prepare detailed reports and successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

**Initiative**

The post holder will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of initiative concerning their own workload and that of their team, including:

- identifying actions and activities required to develop and deliver an effective Client Services provision.
- Identifying and securing opportunities for maximising revenue and/or achieving the best value for the organisation.
- Prioritising own work and that of the team to achieve the organisation’s objectives.
- Intellectually curious with a desire for constant improvement.
