**The role**:
We have an exciting opening for a Senior Aerodynamicist to join one of our development groups.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Leading development projects that improve the aerodynamic performance of the racecar
- Guiding and developing other engineers, sharing knowledge and specialist skills
- Supporting and growing our capabilities and specialist tools (eg CFD, experimental)
- Interpreting trends, for example from our state-of-the-art CFD and wind tunnel facilities
- Improving our understanding of flow structures
- Collaborating to create innovative solutions
- Surfacing and design of concepts
- Meshing and post-processing CFD
- Planning and running test programmes

This role is office-based, at our campus in Brackley, United Kingdom.

**What we are looking for**:
It is essential that you have:

- An established track record working in Formula One at the level of Aerodynamicist or above, using experimental and CFD methods to develop innovative concepts that improve car performance.
- A good understanding of aerodynamics, seeing both the big picture and the fine detail
- An appreciation of how best to
- An interest in guiding and developing others
