Front of House Staff

Prepare drinks accurately and in timely manner.
- Acknowledges and understand the menu items and explains it to customers efficiently.
- showcases a cheerful and helpful manner when dealing with customers.
- Checks products availability and restocks items to ensure a sufficient stock is available throughout the shift.
- Ensures the restaurant is kept in a clean manner.
- Greets customers and supports in making orders,
- Input order into a point-of-sale system and accepts payment using a credit or cash,
- Uses knowledge of customer service skills to up sell.
- Has a basic knowledge or is willing to learn all quality standards and procedures.
- Must be accountable for all forms of money.
- Has a basic knowledge of food handling and safety at work.
- Must maintains a professional appearance and a high-level of grooming standards.
- Performs stock audits and informs supervisors for stock ordering.
- Helps to generate awareness of store through social media
- Available for leaflet distribution and supports with sampling inside and outside the store.
- Has the ability to connect with all customers and deal with problems that may arise
