Intercounty are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator for their office in Bishops Stortford. The ideal individual will possess good negotiation skills and also build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, successfully qualify leads, compete in a sales environment by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Lettings Consultant Skills & Experience:

- Identify potential tenants and secure viewings
- Follow up viewing and secure offers
- Undertake negotiations
- Give prompt reports on progress and successful lets
- Achieve Individual targets
- Adhere to companies best practice
- Local Knowledge
- UK Driving Licence and own car essential

The salary will be an overall package of between £25,000 - £30,000. Basic salary of between £17,000 - £20,000.
