Dog Grooming Assistant

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Grooming Assistant and play a vital role in providing top-notch care for our furry friends. As a Grooming Assistant, you will work closely with our grooming team to ensure that pets receive the highest standard of grooming services.

**Duties**:

- Assist groomers in bathing, drying, and brushing pets
- Handle and restrain animals during grooming procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming tools and work areas
- Monitor pet behavior and report any concerns to the grooming team
- Provide basic grooming services such as nail trimming, ear cleaning bathing and drying and some coat preparation and clipping.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all pets in the grooming area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in animal care or handling a must.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and pets as needed
- Knowledge of basic veterinary procedures is a plus
- A good work ethic and an ability to work unsupervised.
