Our client is seeking an IT Helpdesk/First line support Operator located it in prestige office near Castle Donington, this is an exiting time for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving calls from internal users
1st line support
Creating and Resolving tickets on the helpdesk system
Remote resolution of issues
Order equipment and look after stock levels
Investigating technical issues with PCs, laptops, thin clients, telephone systems and peripheral devices
Basic IT knowledge is an advantage, this can be self-taught
You should be flexible in your approach to work and be able to remain calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills and a genuine and keen interest in IT.
The working hours are Monday to Friday office hours between 7am & 5pm
Salary £22,500
