We are a dynamic and ever-changing organisation with new services and teams regularly coming on board. As such we are seeking 2 dynamic and experienced **Caseworker Assistants** for our Financial Inclusion Programme to provide administrative support to 6 Money Advice Caseworkers and the Financial Inclusion Lead.
We are looking for individuals who:
- _Have excellent communication skills _
- _Can manage own time effectively with a keen eye for detail_
- _Can complete tasks to the highest quality_
- _Can monitor and maintain own standards ensuring work is accurate_
- _Are in possession of a full driving licence and use of a car, or otherwise able to fulfil the travel requirements necessary_
**Responsibilities / Key Tasks**:
- _To interpret information and present options to clients_
- _To maintain confidentiality, use discretion and sound judgement in undertaking all areas of responsibilities_
- _Ability to provide administrative support to a large team - remotely at times. _
- _Ability to use IT systems and packages, and electronic resources in the provision of debt/benefit advice _

Salary - £23,440
Hybrid Working - a few days per week from one of our offices and a few days from home depending on service needs
