Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a warehouse environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a rapidly growing company as a Warehouse Auditor in Blackburn. As a Warehouse Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of their 4 warehouse facility.

**As a Warehouse Auditor you will be responsible for**:
**Inventory Management**: Create an audit plan and conduct annual audits of the 4 warehouse inventories, to verify accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure proper record-keeping. Where discrepancies are highlighted ad hoc audits may be required

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed and organised records of inventory, audits, and quality control checks. Generate reports and provide data analysis as required

**Process Improvement**: Collaborate with the warehouse team to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy in warehouse operations

**Dispatch**:Check dispatches going out to ensure correct stock and quantities are leaving the warehouse

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the warehouse. Monitor and report any potential violations or issues

**Problem-Solving**: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shortages, or overages in inventory, and report findings to management

**Communication**: Maintain open and clear communication with the warehouse team, supervisors, and other departments to address issues and provide insights

**As a Warehouse Auditor you will need**:

- Previous experience in warehouse auditing, inventory management, or a related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies
- Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management software is desired but not essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent Maths and English
- FLT Licence, specifically Bendi Truck is desired but not essential
