Our TraineeConsultant programme is an opportunity for an engaged, enthusiastic person with mínimal experience (but lots of potential) to build a career with a leading, values-driven recruitment business.

As a Trainee Consultant, you will gain hands-on experience of the Recruitment Consultant role while undertaking a structured training programme. Our trainee consultant training programme is in-house but you will also have the opportunity to undertake anexternal formal recruitment qualification through an apprenticeship scheme if this is something that would be of interest to you. We can provide further information on this external qualification, but there's no obligation to do it if it's not of interest.

You will be proactive, able to use your initiative and will have the ability to multi-task. Preferably with some sales or customer service experience, you will be enthusiastic and eager to learn Although not essential, an interest in the not for profitsector is desirable.

Our consultants do not work on individual commission; we are driven by outcomes and impact. We offer an attractive salary and an annual company bonus scheme. Our benefits include flexible working, a matched pension contribution, 28 days annual leave plusbank holidays, wellbeing support and 6 days off a year to volunteer.
