We operate over 7 million sq.ft. of warehousing space across 30+ locations in the UK. Our distribution network spans all corners of the country.

Our Moulton Park site are now recruiting for a Stock controller on a full time basis.

**Salary**: £25,000 Per annum

Working hours: Monday - Friday 6:00-14:00
Monday - Friday 14:00-22:00

**Job Description**:
The purpose of a** **Stock controller is to support the operation in the efficient handling of all administrative processes and procedures. Supporting the Warehouse and Customers.

Key Duties of a Stock controller:

- Supporting other team members/Deputising for Stock & Admin Manager
- Ensuring all claims investigations are completed in full and responded to within the agreed timescale
- Ensuring all incidents logged and responded to within the agreed timescales
- Management of returns ensuring that they are kept to a minimum
- Providing and collating accurate information for KPI reporting
- Ensuring the stock administration processes are clearly defined and documented, ensuring understanding through training
- Liaising with Customer Services and Transport to ensure all uplifts are planned and timely return to site
- Ensuring all goods-in discrepancies are recorded and reported
- Monitor Roadrunner - Daily Discrepancy download, investigate and action on IMS
- Ensuring a professional and effective working relationship with Clients

**Qualifications**:

- Competent in verbal and numerical reasoning
- Attention to detail / accurate
- Flexible approach to work / training
- Confident in analysing and acting on data
- Conscientious and reliable
- Able to manage own time / workload effectively
- Customer focused
- PC Literate (Excel and Word or Equivalent)
- Ideally have working knowledge of a Warehouse Management Systems
- Ability to deal with changes in priority and can prioritise a number of activities & remain effective
- Effective Communicator who continuously demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Experience of process and data analysis and problem solving
- Previous experience in a logistics environment
