**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. To provide a professional and caring service for all patients whilst in the care of the Mediqas Group Ltd.

2. Lead, and manage entire station functions ensuring correct processes are implemented maintaining high standards of operation.

3. Ensure Mediqas Group Ltd code of conduct is adhered to allowing superior client service, effectual and prompt communications as well as follow-up on every pending matter with clients and staff.

4. Facilities management. Ensure building maintenance is compliant and any faults or failures are identified and reported.

5. Maintain Station IPC and cleanliness.

6. Provide supervisory & administrative support to the Senior Management Team and frontline staff including shift absence.

7. Ensure Vehicle availability / allocation and operational preparedness.

8. Manage compliance of all operational staff, ensuring the Active to Dormant process is followed, working with the Senior Management Team to resolve any inactive staff.

9. Utilising Mediqas Group Ltd IT systems to send out all relevant communications to staff.

10. Management of all administrative duties relating to shift deployment, including but not limited to PRF management, run sheet processing, vehicle allocation, equipment management. All information must be verified using daily operational sheet and vehicle tracking.

11. Ensure all operational staff adhere to company policies, including attendance, appearance, and conduct.

12. Manage and order all required stock to ensure suitable levels of consumables, and drugs at all times, via the Senior Management Team.

13. Supporting the senior Management Team on incidents and investigation reports.

14. Undertake vehicle, equipment, drug, consumable and radio audits as per policy and management instruction.

15. Medical device management. Ensure equipment is serviced and calibrated via the Senior Management Team.

16. Manage & order on site medical gases via the Senior Management Team.

**GENERAL**

1. To ensure that statutory regulations and organisational policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

3. To act at all times in a manner consistent with legislation, policy and procedures in respect of equality and diversity.

4. To work to the values of the organisation and display high standards of integrity and professionalism towards clients and colleagues.

5. To continuously develop and update own knowledge and skills within the job role and contribute to setting own work objectives.

6. To undertake any other duties relevant to the post as may be assigned from time to time which are consistent with the post.

7. To ensure that you maintain up to date organisational procedures and maintain staff knowledge together with any updates issued.

The Mediqas Group Ltd operates under strict quality procedures and where these relate to your role you should aim to achieve the required levels of conformity as necessary. You Must also remain up to date with the contents of all policies and procedures and how this affects your duties. In addition, you may be asked to undertake tasks that sit outside your current role from time to time in supporting the activities of the business,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £12.75 per hour

- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
