**About us**

Ynot Aspire is a charity based in Accrington. Our charity provides a range of support for helping young people get the support they need if they are suffering with their mental health and wellbeing. We run some of these services in schools like a drop-in session to talk to one of our staff or volunteers, access to counselling services and training up mental health champions to offer peer support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with mentees.
- Provide guidance and support to mentees.
- Help mentees identify and reach their goals.
- Facilitate conversations and activities that promote self-reflection and personal growth.
- Listen to mentees without judgement or criticism.
- Maintain confidentiality of all conversations with mentees.
- Provide resources and referrals as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Volunteer
Part-time hours: 5 per week
