Baby Room Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Baby Room Manager to join our team. The Room Manager will oversee daily operations in a nursery or early childhood education setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the babies.

You will be required to have at least 3 years qualified experience and if in a leadership role, this would be ideal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise daily activities within the room or nursery
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Ensure compliance with all childcare regulations and safety protocols
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized learning environment
- Drive continuous improvement in the quality of care provided

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate team members
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
