We are a country house hotel located in the Ribble Valley, providing guests with best in class accommodations, dinning, wedding venues and special events.

As a receptionist you are responsible for ensuring that our guests’ requirements and needs are continuously met delivering the highest levels of customer service and quality.
- Ensure guests check in & check out experience exceeds their expectations
- Taking reservations for dinners, afternoon tea, accommodations and notifying the Housekeeper and Chef.
- Ensure the reception area and front of house is clean and tidy
- Up selling for all areas, afternoon tea, restaurant reservations, events and weddings
- Start of day procedures: print arrival/departure reports, print guests’ invoices. Provide kitchen and housekeeping departments with their relevant figures for the day.
- Produce End of day procedures: banking, guest billing, backups etc.

**As Receptionist you**:

- Have a passion for delivering highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Have a desire to work in the hospitality industry
- Are confident and have excellent communication skills with a friendly/caring personality
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude

Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
