Demolition Administrator

Due to company growth we are seeking a Demolition Administrator to join our team.
- **Roles**:_
- Set up project files.
- Arrange Asbestos surveys if required
- Arrange Demolition notices / service disconnections if required.
- Manage and maintain folders in the demolition drive
- Vetting and maintaining sub-contractors including reviews
- Assissting the Compnay H&S manager.
- Administration of training/booking new training.
- Preparation of the health and safety folder on job completion
- PQQ support.
- Obtaining/maintaining Accreditations including SSIP & NFDC.
**Person Specification**
- Background/Experience in Construction or Demolition industry advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Have a good knowledge of MS Software.
- Must be a good team player and work well under own initiative.
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- St. Austell: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Demolition / Construction: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- UK Driving Licence (required)
