**TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED BOTH IN-HOUSE AND WITH EXTERNAL PROVEIDERS.**

To assist in ensuring that the facility is presented at a high standard and in accordance with set guidelines, prior to and during public opening times.

To assist the Manager/Supervisors in ensuring that the facility is operationally compliant and with efficient controls in relation to all users within the facility.

To ensure that pool rotations, breaks, time off pool-side etc are taken in accordance with the S.O.P.

To take a proactive role in developing/selling Spa treatments and other activities for the Hotel.

To provide prompt, friendly and efficient service thus ensuring the highest possible standards of customer care.

To ensure the booking system and membership scheme is administered and maintained to a satisfactory standard.

To undertake administrative and reception duties as required

To handle complaints promptly and professionally demonstrating genuine care and concern for customers.

To comply with all legal requirements in respect of health, safety and welfare of all members of staff and customers.

To ensure customer information is up to date, available and delivered to company standards.

To ensure that any significant risks and defects are reported immediately to the Leisure Manager.

To assist with life-saving responsibilities timorously and in accordance with NPLQ training and the facility’s E.A.P.

To ensure that the level of cleanliness and hygiene within the pool area is acceptable and meets quality standards prior to, during and following operational hours.

To ensure that all equipment is kept in good working order and operates safely at all times.

**CLOSING DATE: THIS VACANCY WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL THE POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 21-35 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
