**Job Description**:
LGC operates a number or commercial systems across the different business units. The Ecommerce Product Technical Lead will oversee the full product life cycle, working closely with business unit leads to define requirements & work with technical teams to deploy. They will need to be able to create, articulate and drive a product roadmap and provide visibility to stakeholders. The Ecommerce Product Technical Lead must leverage their experience to prioritise feature requests, solve complex problems, be able to dive deep into the details while retaining focus on the strategic ecommerce agenda.
- Development of business and system requirements interfacing with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and translate into technical user stories.
- Design and subsequently develop various Hybris CPQ features such as selection of services, configuration, solution building, pricing, UX design, purchase, amendments.
- Ensure a clear roadmap for how IT will support the wider commercial digital ambition with the business.
- Oversee operational support of the platforms and related products.
- Manage the adoption of product uplifts and maintain solution currency.
- Continually work with the business to assess, prioritise, and understand the benefits of enhancements & changes.
- Manage the delivery of agreed changes & enhancements to the platforms.
- Ensure effective procedures and resilience is in place for the security and continuity of the platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience working in a commercial environment that has benefited from adoption of commercial digital solutions.
- Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
- Solid understanding of and detailed experience with eCommerce tech stacks (Hybris and Cloud Commerce experience preferrable).
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users and measuring customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment.
- Understanding of digital marketing and multi-channel engagement highly beneficial.
- Strong demonstrable experience in e-commerce.
- Measurable experience as a product Lead.
- Experience in optimizing e-commerce technology to improve the customer journey.
- Experience in working closely with e-commerce development teams.
- Experience with release cycles and agile way of working.
- Experience with one of the following platforms: Hybris, Commerce Cloud, CommerceTools is a plus.
