SPACE L&M Ltd a highly regarded independent residential letting and property management company in Reading. We are seeking a Lettings Administrator and Property Manager to work alongside an enthusiastic team of Property Managers, working in a fast paced and energetic environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with Landlords and tenants to aid client retention and satisfaction.

**The Role**:
Registering new applicants for Lettings and identifying their specific requirements
- Arranging and accompanying property viewings
- Negotiating offers, agreeing new tenancies
- Ensuring lettings compliance is adhered to
- Providing regular updates and feedback to landlords
- Working closely with the team to achieve office targets
- Dealing with maintenace of managed properties and doing check in and check out.
- Working with property management dealing with isues related to properties.

- Good communication and listening skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Articulate and well spoken
- Good organisational skills used in planning own work
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Able to work in a busy office environment
- An ability to be diplomatic and stay calm under pressure
- Good Word and IT skills
- Able to pick up new software quickly
- Smart appearance and appropriate dress code at all times
- A Full UK driving licence
- Be an excellent timekeeper
- Have a high level of computer skills, Windows, Excel
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Extreme accuracy and attention to detail
- Lettings experience will be an advantage
- Be capable of working in a highly stressful and fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Acquaint lettings software a distinct advantage.
- An ability to work with their own intuitive and to problem solve.
- Be a team player and support colleagues

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- READING: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
