Due to our continued growth, we are looking for experienced multi-trade staff to join our team working on long term contracts in the North West. The role will involve carrying out a variety of internal refurbishment tasks to occupied domestic properties as part of an adaptation to the persons home, this generally includes:

- Conversion of bathrooms to level access shower rooms
- Installation of showers over baths
- Door widenings
- Fitting internal and external doors
- Installation of lintels, brickwork and blockwork
- Forming new partition walls, ceilings etc.

The role also involves carrying out a variety of plumbing works to occupied domestic properties as part of a level access shower installation. This generally includes the 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work for the new shower, WHB and WC.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience in a variety of trades such as joinery, plumbing, plastering and brickwork
