Wood is looking for an Occupational Health Administrator to join our team in Aberdeen, Scotland. We offer a flexible hybrid working pattern.

The Occupational Health Administrator will be responsible for the workforce’s occupational health medical requirements, including the timeously appointment recall, scheduling, and record keeping. Collaborate and support operations to achieve the highest standards of occupational health, building an exemplary occupational health reputation for Wood in the eyes of key stakeholders.
- Proactively managing the recall, scheduling, and record keeping of medical appointments and outcomes as per policies and procedures, supporting compliance with risk assessed medical and client requirements
- Engaging with the workforce to advise on the necessity of attending for occupational health appointments
- Works closely with Wood’s Occupational Health Provider
- Ensuring occupational health data is diligently recorded on the appropriate Wood and OH Provider systems, and communicated to all required personnel in a timely manner
- Liaising with internal Wood stakeholders of any identified non-compliances in occupational health requirements ahead of employee mobilisation, onshore or offshore
- Supports the delivery of site medicals
- Works within defined processes and procedures, escalating where they do not exist for a particular situation or where deviation has occurred
- Development and regular maintenance of work instructions for any dedicated contracts
- Continually monitoring and managing the process of open case management until the end stage, communicating progress and clarifying process steps required to resolve the cases
- Produce regularly scheduled or ad-hoc reports and data as requested
- The administrator must ensure that all information is handled in a secure and accurate manner, in compliance with all policies, procedures, and legislation, thus maintaining the highest standard of data protection of employees and others
- Ensure consistent alignment to company values and behaviours

**Qualifications**:

- Degree level qualification desirable but not essential, open to discussion on relevant experience

**Knowledge, skills, and experience**:

- Occupational Health or coordination experience is desirable
- Dedicated to achieving results
- Understanding the importance of contractual KPIs and how this impacts any role
- Technical proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience of using Medical Certificate Management System desirable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and written, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
- Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines
- Proactive problem solver and ability to multitask; able to forward plan and consider different eventualities to successfully achieve the end goal. Uses past experiences as a prescient warning to resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Ability to find better, faster ways to achieve results through use of technology and collaboration
