As the Jensten Group continue to grow so does the responsibility of the technical teams who manage and support the business strategy. We are now in a position to recruit an exciting role as our Service Delivery Officer.

The role will be centred around assisting and supporting the IT team to deliver a first-class service to our varied userbase. You will be an experienced administrator who has a structured approach to delivering against tasks set. You will contribute with ideas to improve standards across the IT functions by proactively challenging the norm with fresh and innovative ideas.

You will be results oriented and seek satisfaction from each challenge presented. The role will be varied and interesting with the primary focus will be to structure our Asset and Contracts Management, but not limited to.

What you will be responsible for:

- You will manage the overarching IT contracts by building and maintaining a contracts database which will be central to understanding the services supplied by our third-party suppliers.
- You will need to liaise with IT teams to ensure new services ingested into the environment are supported by a signed contract.
- Work closely with the Merger and Acquisition team to manage the transition of existing contracts into Jensten and look at where cost reduction can be realised by aligning contracts to existing Jensten services.
- Constantly review IT contracts to ensure that contracted services are being supplied to the standards documented. Question where services fall short.
- Be aware of services offered in the market to look for opportunities to drive cost reduction whilst maintaining a high level of service.
