Marketing Assistant

Assist all staff with business related activities including organisational, management, developmental and operational tasks required to grow the company and ensure its smooth running. Lead specific marketing tasks, assist with social media and internet-based activities, manage business agreements and assist most-importantly the Managing Director with marketing duties and any other sales-related tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

1- Assist the Managing Director with marketing-related activities including organisational, management, developmental and operational tasks required to grow the company and ensure its smooth running.

2- Lead specific tasks to ensure the client facing documentation, liaison and interaction is optimal - this may include managing document signatures, scanning, saving and archiving tasks as well as to take calls from clients, take messages, interact with clients and be a ‘face’ of THAY Medical.

3- Manage confidentiality, non-disclosure and business agreements between THAY Medical and their clients, customers, resources and suppliers. Control agreement expirations, business restrictions and global regulations for data protection and marketing.

4- Manage social media activities for THAY Medical including company websites, internet posts, social media sites and content to assist in marketing the organisation globally.

5- Manage company advertisements, resource advertisements, magazine articles and external content related to the organisation’s activities.

6- Manage and participate in external activities including conferences, client and supplier meetings and events around Europe.
7- Assist in determining marketing and sales strategies, understand the medical industry and manage marketing documentation, brochures and literature for the strategies.
