**Temporary Receptionist - Possible Temp to Perm**

Kenneth Brian Associates are seeking an enthusiastic, confident Receptionist / Administrator to cover a 3 month temporary assignment on behalf of a SME based in Wallington. Whilst this is 3 months initially if the person gets on well, this could be extended or become permanent.

Duties will include:

- Acting as Receptionist, meeting and greeting visitors and being first POC for anybody entering the building
- Answering the phones, dealing with enquires and transferring as required
- Opening the post and dealing with accordingly
- Typing letters
- A Graduate or school leaver looking for an entry level office based role to gain some experience would be ideal
- Must be educated to GCSE standard minimum with C's in Maths and English
- Confident communicator with a friendly, warm manner
- Problem solver and able to work off own initiative

The position will be for 3 months and is to start asap, hourly rate is £10-11p/h plus holiday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
