We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a global leading commerce and digital cloud transformation company. This is a remote working role with occasional travel to the office in Chester whereby you will be managing a portfolioof projects. You will be responsible for achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be in close contact with customers, understanding customers’ need and presenting optimal solutions and approaches for a successful digital transformationwhile internally managing project teams.

**Role**:
You will plan, lead, organize, and motivate an agile team to achieve a high level of performance while delivering projects that provide exceptional business value our customers, and end-users. You will be interacting directly with peers, leaders, and theclient’s team. As part of your daily responsibilities, you will need to gather requirements from external teams and communicate back to the development team. You will also be responsible for providing weekly status reports with detailed tracking informationto senior management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables to support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Coordinate the entire life cycle of the projects by employing resource management (human and material), time management, and activity coordination, using Agile methodologies
- Plan and schedule timelines and milestones of the projects
- Identify required resources and assign individual responsibilities to team leaders for their teams
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documents, and presentations
- Deliver periodically reports on project KPIs to top management
- Deliver projects within the organizational defined KPIs
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and elaborate contingency plans
- Send reports on tasks and project status to top management
- Ensure project documents are complete, up-to-date, and stored appropriately
- Critically understanding clients' operations and systems
- Translating requirements of the client into highly technical specifications in brief
- Making sure that the solution recommended is commercial yet competitive
- Presenting solutions to the client
- Keep a constant positive connection with the client

**Essential Skills**:

- 3-5 years + of direct work experience in a Project Manager role, including all aspects of process development and execution
- Previous experience in a BA, PM or Consultant role
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- Good understanding of web concepts
- Previous working experience in B2B/ B2C industry
- Familiarity with web programming languages, technologies, and testing
