**Job Title - **Midweight Photographer - HIP & Footpatrol
- **Location - **BL9 8RR
- **Work Schedule - **40 hours

**Role overview**:
Reporting to the Creative Lead, this role requires a dynamic individual with a diverse variety of photographic skills, to deliver best-in-class content for the HIP & Footpatrol brands. You are responsible for photographing products for multi-fascia retailers, working in a fast-paced studio environment. You will work as part of a small, agile team to create engaging and aspirational assets for use across the Group's e-commerce and social channels.

**Key **r**esponsibilities**:

- Responsible for photography across the HIP & Footpatrol brands, producing content that works for e-commerce and social executions, and amplifies and works in compliance with the brand style guides.
- Monitor and ensure visual brand consistency and exceptional standards of delivery, producing high quality assets, delivered in the appropriate formats and to exact specifications, working alongside the Marketing and wider Studio teams when required.
- Support with the studio set up ahead of shoots, considering the art direction, lighting, arrangement, props etc. to ensure the set runs efficiently during the shoot.
- Translate social briefs and conceptualise ideas.
- Assisting with the development of new and junior team members.
- Monitor competitors, fashion trends and photography trends to be pro-active in idea generation.
- Achieve daily shoot targets and work to deadlines, balancing e-commerce and social requirements whilst maintaining quality and consistency.
- Work alongside the Stylist to art direct and select the strongest images.
- Work with the content manager to ensure accurate communication of asset delivery for multi-channel requirements.
- Work on multiple fascias (brands) across the studio, adapting your style accordingly.
- Carry out the post-production process after each shoot, keeping in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure latest understanding and knowledge of studio and location lighting.
- Work with the Senior Photographer to ensure accurate communication of asset delivery for studio reports.
- Ensure all necessary studio tasks are completed daily, including studio maintenance and organisation and storage of equipment.
- Demonstrate a level of corporate understanding.
- Represent the studio in stakeholder meetings and present ideas.
- Take initiative to test & innovate the groups photography outputs.
- Champion individual development and foster a team atmosphere, assisting with the development of new and junior team members.
- Maintain general tidiness of studio and equipment, ensuring immediate close down of any set build on the cove or other areas not in your function.
- Take responsibility for your performance via regular PDP reviews to champion personal development and team atmosphere for direct reports.

**Skill**s, experience, and k**nowledge **required**:

- 2 years + photographing/industry experience working in a studio environment.
- Well-rounded photography portfolio.
- Experience working with and directing models.
- Experience in Art Direction.
- Excellent knowledge of Canon Camera Systems and Capture One.
- A keen interest in streetwear fashion / sneaker brands is advantageous.
- Good organisational skills, able to manage workloads with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, presentation and face-to-face communication skills.
- Obsessive eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, pro-active and can work under pressure in a fast-moving environment, as part of a collaborative team, whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in an agile business.
- Good time management and timekeeping.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines.
- Mac and PC literate.
- Valid driving license and passport with ability to travel throughout the UK and internationally when required.
