Job Details

Greet and welcome customers, follow and maintain booking in procedures, with book keeping and VAT returns experience.

Duties

Book customer vehicles in, in person and over the telephone, ensuring all required information is recorded accurately. Maintain manual and computer records.

Answer telephone enquires professionally and promptly.

Liaise with team - referring enquiries for quotation and providing customer with quotes. Progressing vehicle status.

Ordering and progressing parts from suppliers/obtaining quotes as required.

Arrange and follow Returns procedure of parts to suppliers.

Raise customer invoices/ set up new customers and maintain computer records.

Bookkeeping Duties

Good all round knowledge of Purchase ledger and Sales ledger/Bank reconciliation monthly/Quarterly VAT Returns - using Accounting system - Kashflow/Quickbook preferred but not essential as in house training will be provided.

Skills/Qualifications

Friendly/able to work under pressure/professional telephone manner/good verbal and written communication skills/computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word/Good organisational skills with attention to detail, prioritising tasks effectively.

Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £12,000.00-£33,838.44 per year
