We are recruiting a Physician Associate to join the Trauma & Orthopaedic Team at Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a key member of the clinical team, the Physician Associate will work in conjunction with the Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Geriatrician teams.
This role is based at Tunbridge Wells Hospital; however the post holder may be expected to also work at Maidstone Hospital.
This is a full time role and some weekend working is expected as the rota will be working 5 days across 7 days. Hours and working days to be agreed to meet the needs of the service.
The role will provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and implementation, crisis intervention, medications, staff consultation. The role will support other services as needed for patient flow as well as contributing to decision making for patients to be admitted, transferred or discharged.
