**Creative Strategist - Football & Youth Culture**
**London/Hybrid**

This media platform provides impactful brand solutions for advertisers who are looking to engage with millennial and Gen-Z audiences. Advertisers include Nike, adidas, Apple, Spotify and Netflix, to name but a few

Due to demand, this company are now looking to hire an additional pair of hands, working specifically on their contemporary football title.

You will report directly into the Editor In Chief and together, you will respond to advertising briefs from media agencies and clients, with original, creative solutions that are rooted in Gen-Z (including pop culture categories, such as music, streetwear & style, food, sneakers, sport and more).

In this role you will be expected to turn around brief responses in a timely, high-quality manner. This includes writing relevant collateral for decks, pre-sales. You will contribute to all aspects of the creative advertising proposal, from conception, ideation to execution.

In this role you’ll be liaising with brand and agency contacts throughout the sales and campaign delivery process and will be expected to network heavily across this landscape, leaning on your already deep-rooted relationships, with brands and talent/influencers.

This role is open to applicants with experience working in the youth culture media space, be that for a publisher, or a brand. A genuine passion for football and football culture, is key for this role.

**About you**:

- A good understanding of, and contacts within**, **the youth culture media space (influencers/brands/agencies)
- An in-depth and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of contemporary culture across key Gen Z passion points, eg: music, style, gaming, sport etc.
- An in-depth and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the contemporary social media space and how to build audiences and engagement within it.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically with examples of prior success in a creative solutions/ content ideation/ brand partnership proposal writing role
- Excellent writing skills including a good knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
- Ability to work under pressure and within short deadlines.
- Aptitude to build and maintain solid working relationships, wit an extensive black-book of contacts
