Join Our Team at Home Instead East Hampshire & Midhurst
We are seeking kind-hearted individuals to join our dedicated team as Community Home Helpers. This role is centred around assisting older adults in their own homes, offering them support and companionship, and helping them maintain their independence with dignity and respect.
In addition to covering the Liphook area, Liss, Haslemere, Bramshott and the surrounding villages.
**Job Description** Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide companionship and conversation, fostering a supportive and positive environment.
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errand running.
- Help with personal care activities to support independence.
- Encourage and support in physical activities and exercises, tailored to individual abilities.
- Remind clients to take their medication and assist with mobility around the home.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social events, providing transportation when necessary.

- No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are desirable but not essential.
