A fantastic opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join Flowing Construction Services Ltd and work on various projects across the North East and Yorkshire. You will be supervising primarily across our Roofline & Joinery Division.

Flowing Construction Services is a dedicated contractor based in Washington, in the North East. Our services include: Roofline, Rainwater Goods, Cladding and Roofing Joinery.

**About the Role**
- You will report to the Contract Manager
- Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety targets
- Liaise project progress to management and complete audit reports
- Carry out on site QA duties
- Planning labour requirements
- Maintaining contact with the main contractors
- Managing direct and sub-contract labour
- Maintain health and safety standards on sites, ensuring that work is carried out in strict accordance with Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
- Fully document any variations to the scope of works and obtain the necessary authorisations prior to undertaking the works.
- To attend meetings with Main Contractors as required
- Carry out site surveys/measures
- Review sub-contractors invoices and authorise.
- Maintain records of stock held at Head Office.
- Any other duties reasonably requested.

**Requirements**:

- Robust experience in roofing/joinery.
- Must have CSCS card (gold preferred)
- SMSTS / SSSTS Preferred but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence and willing to travel to projects as required
- Based commutable distance to Washington, Tyne & Wear
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to think strategically, to build, manage and grow a team.
- Ability to work within a team, as well as independently

Working hours are **Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm.**

Company Van provided.

Salary by negotiation.
