**Job type**

We are currently looking to recruit a Skilled Site Labourer/ Groundworker.

Work sites are predominantly in the South West of Northumberland.

Driving license/ own transport essential.

**Duties will include**:
Safely loading/unloading deliveries, materials and equipment

Operating heavy machinery, such as excavators and dumper trucks

Hacking out, re-Pointing and assisting masons in their duties, including mixing mortar

Ensuring site safety through cleaning and preparing the site, including the management of debris, waste and hazards

Operating a range of power tools, handling scaffolding and various aggregates

**The pay will be dependant of capability and experience.**

PAYE or CIS

Typical hours of work are 8:00AM -5:00PM Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
