**Contract**: Friday to Sunday 7am - 7pm - 34.5 Hours

**What the opportunity looks like**:
The vatting operator will be responsible for supporting the supply of spirit to bottling lines, third party and private client operations on time and within the correct quality specification. This should be by following Spirit Plan accordingly and adhering to strict HMRC Legislation/guidelines, whilst also ensuring our H&S and Quality performance is adhered to and continually improved upon.
- Ensure compliance with company requirements and government regulations.
- Ensure H&S checks are completed daily forklift & Pyroban key register checks/sign of Vatting workplace housekeeping inspection.
- Transfer and blending, Reduction and additions, filtration of spirits and Bottling line operations.
- Ensure all quality requirements are followed at every step of the process.
- Update all systems accurately as soon as possible after every transaction/movement.
- Ensure all parties are informed of any spirit related issue which could affect online efficiency as soon as is practical & work to resolve the issue promptly.

**Skills and experience that will help you be a success**:
For this role we're looking for:

- Previous experience in a spirit supply operations role is desirable.
- Forklift trained or willing to work towards this qualification is essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of H&S Policies.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office and excel packages.
- Enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues.
