We are seeking an Apprentice Administration Support post-holder who will support the User experience team to manage our user experience real-time feedback systems across the Trust and help to ensure the team is supported in all administration aspects.

Our programme will help you work towards achieving a Customer Service Practitioner (Level 2) Apprenticeship. You will also have the chance to develop your administrative skills on our award-winning in-house courses and through a programme of structured appraisals, support and development.
- Be responsible for providing an efficient and high quality administration and support service to the user experience team, working across all of the service’s bases as need dictates.
- Liaise with service users, health professionals and team members to ensure high levels of communication and support for patient experience.
- Provide a comprehensive and efficient data collection service within the unit
