**IT Support Technician**
**Role**: IT Support Technician
**Location**: Ledbury, Hereford, England
**Salary**: £20,000 - £24,000

I am looking for a focused and driven IT Professional to join a thriving manufacturing business on a permanent basis.
This is a busy working environment, as the business is made up of multiple sites across the UK, and you will be the first point of contact for all IT issues and queries raised across the business.
As the IT Support Technician for this company, you will take full ownership of any issues that are raised with you allowing you to use your own initiative to achieve results. If issues cannot be fixed by you, you will be required to escalate these to the seniormembers of the team if necessary or liaise with external 3rd party support companies. You will investigate issues involving PCs, laptops, thin client and telephony systems and will be provided with the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies andprojects, working your way up very rapidly within the business.

**Role Requirements**:
**Act as the 1st point of call for all issues raised across the business - communication and customer service is key
**Get stuck in from day one - the more you put in the more you get back
**Partner up with senior engineers to shadow them, broaden your technical knowledge and learn new skills
**Get involved with ongoing projects across the business
**Technical Skills from you**:
**Windows Server and OS
**Office 365
**Active Directory
**Network Troubleshooting - DNS / DHCP
