**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation
- Capture, edit and execute engaging content of a high calibre that fits a multitude of client briefs.
- Competent with brand guidelines to ensure cohesion and tone of voice is consistent throughout all assets.
- Reactive and proactive mindset to report trends whilst foreshadowing evergreen content.

Social Media Management
- Oversee the editing and scheduling of content, with appreciation for optimised times and CTA's that will increase conversions.
- Work cohesively with the team to implement and manage social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Competent in Paid Social Ads to create, audit and react to paid ads across a multitude of brands.

Community Engagement
- Undertake frequent social listening to understand brand pain points, opportunities and feedback.
- Foster meaningful relationships with the online community through active engagement and timely responses.
- Identify and connect with influencers and brand advocates.

Analytics and Reporting
- Understand and present metrics to the Marketing Manager to assist in making data-driven strategies.
- Competency with analytics tools to track performance and provide insightful reports.

Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and incorporate feedback into social media strategies.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

- Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Bring fresh ideas to the team and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management and marketing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
