Cambridge, United Kingdom University of Cambridge Full time

We are looking to recruit a Donor Relations Associate for Recognition to join our successful Development and Alumni Relations office on 12 months fixed-term contract.

Join our dynamic team as a Donor Relations Recognition Associate and contribute to making giving to the University an exceptional experience for our generous donors. As a vital part of the Donor Relations team, you will play a key role in aligning donor stewardship with our engagement strategy and ensuring their lifelong connection to Collegiate Cambridge.

Reporting to the Donor Relations Manager, you will work alongside a fellow Recognition Associate to manage the University's recognition programme for our most important benefactors. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing various elements of our donor recognition programme, ensuring appropriate levels of recognition for donors, and ensuring gifts to the university are appropriately thanked.

To succeed in this role, you should possess good project management skills, an understanding of fundraising processes, and the ability to analyse effectively people data from our customer relationship management system. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with diplomacy, resourcefulness, and the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
