Develop and maintain policies, guidelines and procedures for the service that are evidence-based and comply with legal and current guidance thus providing tools to maintain optimum clinical use and the safe and secure handling of medicines Manage the collection of data to respond to pharmacy/medicine Key Performance Indicators relating to clinical performance, quality and safety and write regular reports as part of a program of audit/service evaluation. You must be enthusiastic and committed to team working with excellent communication skills combined with extensive clinical or leadership experience.
