As the organisation moves into its seventh year of operations, we are looking to strengthen the team with new senior roles. This role will focus specifically on development of strong multi-agency practice and devolved leadership within team leaders and staff.

You will be as passionate about developing a holistic, gender sensitive, trauma-informed approach to your practice, as you are about attending to key details of good practice, like positive risk management, safeguarding and data management.

The post holder will have strong values alignment with the CoLab ethos, and will perform to a high standard in the key aspects of collaborative working and practice delivery that we expect from staff and encourage from stakeholders.

You will be excited to work with a diverse range of people, on an interesting but challenging range of projects; and keen to support and develop team members to succeed and flourish.
