We are searching for a Spa Host to join the reception team at Moddershall Oaks.

As Spa Host you will ensure that Moddershall Oaks Spa is a special place to be for guests, where they receive a warm welcome and an outstanding experience throughout their stay.

You will champion customer service at every step of the customer journey, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded and all their needs are catered for.
You will assist with check in and check out processes and ensuring the spa is kept clean and tidy throughout.

You must have outstanding customer service skills, a fantastic eye for detail, and a love for keeping things incredibly clean and tidy.
You must be able to work a busy 10-hour shift on your feet and be flexible and able to provide weekday cover for occasional holidays and absences.

**Hours: 10 per week**
**Days: Every Sunday**
**Shift Times: 08:00am - 18:30pm**
**Salary: Up to £11.50 per hour**

As we are based in a rural area with no access to public transport, a driving licence & access to own vehicle is essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £11.50 per hour
