The Building Safety Group (BSG) is a not-for-profit organisation which provides health and safety consultancy services to over 800 member companies operating in the construction industry, throughout the UK. **Job Role**

Our Internal Account Manager will be responsible for helping BSG to retain existing members by building and upholding client relationships to maximise customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Implement and monitor our membership retention programme to increase lifetime value
- Ownership of BSG’s membership retention framework and data
- Developing a comprehensive knowledge of BSG’s services, which can be demonstrated to members
- Identify and take advantage of cross selling opportunities
- Responding to members’ requests
- Keeping accurate records of member information
- Conducting membership training sessions as required to familiarise members with all of BSG’s service
- Execute Sales & Marketing strategies to grow member engagement and improve retention
- Integrate 'Membership Insight’ across sales, marketing and operation strategies
- Preparing membership statistical reports
- Carry out Marketing administrative duties

**Essentials**
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Competent using video conferencing platforms, including Teams and Zoom
