This is a rare Business Development opportunity to build and grow something special in the Residential Development arena within Financial Services.

To give you an idea of how this BD Manager role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

- Generate new conversations and client activity
- Increase market penetration of the business' proposition
- Manage and generate a development portfolio, including the full knowledge of pre-completion due diligence required, ongoing monitoring and tranche drawdown process, and a detailed understanding of the security required.

To excel in this role, you will need experience in working with SME Residential Developers (generally 15-60 units) and with experience in structuring deals in this space, gained from a lending background or similar environment. You will also require thefollowing:

- Proven ability at managing and generating a development portfolio, to include the full knowledge of pre-completion due diligence required, ongoing monitoring and tranche drawdown process along with a detailed understanding of the security required
- A successful track record as a Business Development Manager
- The ability to work proactively and autonomously.
