Stockyard and Dispatch Driver

**Stock Yard & Despatch Driver**
- Based Dalbeattie, DG5 4PL
- 2 Rotating Shift Pattern

Based at our Dalbeattie mill, we are looking for a Driver to join our team in the Stock Yard & Despatch area. Undertaking a variety of duties, you will contribute towards order efficiency and ensure we fulfil customer orders accurately and to deadlines.

**Some responsibilities of a Stock Yard & Despatch Driver include**:

- The movement of and loading of finished goods product using Volvo loaders & other mobile plant equipment.
- Checking load requirements and loading HGV haulier vehicles for dispatch.
- Scanning timber packs to determine stock positions.

**About you**:
We are looking for a motivated individual who is keen to upgrade their skills and capable of handling large mobile units in a practical production environment. In addition, you’ll have:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Appreciation of quality and Health & Safety.
- A self-motivated and can-do attitude.
- Full Driving License.

Experience using mobile plant vehicles would be advantageous.
