Tendring Technology College (TTC) is a large, 11-19 mixed comprehensive academy. We are looking for a Pastoral Lead who is passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our Academy as a dedicated Pastoral Lead. As part of our pastoral team, you will play a vital role in shaping the personal development, behaviour, and attendance of our students.

We want our staff to be highly skilled, willing to learn, feel supported and be determined to get the best outcomes for every pupil.
