**Junior Marketing Assistant**

Our Manchester-based client is renowned for its dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are currently seeking a Junior Marketing Assistant to join their expanding team in Manchester.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage customers to establish rapport and understand their preferences to match them with the appropriate products and services.
- Collaborate regularly with team members to assess progress and explore innovative strategies for customer acquisition.
- Generate weekly progress reports for clients and management.
- Identify and execute upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities. Handling all tasks from the first point of contact to point of sale.
