Talent Acquisition Business Partner

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join us in London.
You will be responsible for understanding the skills, challenges, and drivers in the areas you support and will build solutions with your stakeholders to optimise team performance and outcomes. You will be a trusted partner and advisor, adding value and insight to the teams you support.
What will you be doing?- Partnering with business leaders to assess their talent requirements, understanding their business needs and proactively setting the best hiring strategy- Understanding skill gaps and putting proactive solutions in place to ensure a pipeline of more readily available talent- Understanding wider business context and providing strategic guidance on attracting, engaging and hiring the right talent-
- Driving the most appropriate and effective sourcing strategies- Working in very close partnership with the HR Business Partner and Senior Leadership Team to deliver the people agenda through hiring- Positioning self as trusted partner and recruitment expert - utilising market knowledge and resources available, to add context to interactions and guide decision making- Developing new and existing partnerships which will help us to connect with future talent- Driving direct pipelining initiatives to build talent communities- Proactively driving inclusive recruitment practises- See opportunities for improvement and act upon those, driving positive business change
We tend to look for people with:
Essential:
- Recruitment and sourcing skills gained in agency or RPO and in-house- Deep-web and/or Boolean search experience- Strong experience engaging passive talent through proactive talent pipelines- Demonstrable interview/screening skills- Sound judgement and strong business acumen- Strong organizational skills-
- Proven experience of developing strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
